The Atlanta Metro Chapter hosted its 2026 Teens Overcoming Pressure Summit (TOPS) at Hapeville Charter School. The theme was 
"Preparing for the Future: Job Readiness Preparation for Success."

For the first time, our program was delivered as a two-part summit where students gained hands-on experience in resume writing, professional dress, and interview skills through engaging workshops and mock interviews.

With this initiative, the Atlanta Metro Chapter helps empower young people to overcome challenges and approach their goals and future with confidence.
